LA County Fair 2025 – Memorial Day Fun with Urban Nomads! 🎟️🌞
This Memorial Day, we traded in our usual wheels for fair rides, funnel cakes, and farm animals—and wow, what a ride! Join us in this Fun and Games episode as we explore one of Southern California’s biggest and best events: the LA County Fair 2025, held at the Fairplex in Pomona.
From the moment we stepped in, it was a whirlwind of bright lights, epic bites, and non-stop fun. Whether it was watching the pig races, checking out the insanely creative art installations, or grabbing a deep-fried Oreo (or three…), this fair did not disappoint.
🎠 What We Loved:
- Adrenaline-Packed Rides: From classic carousels to gravity-defying thrillers, there was something for every age and adventure level.
- Fair Food Galore: Corn dogs, lemonade, and over-the-top desserts—because calories don’t count at the fair, right?
- Hands-On Exhibits & Animals: Our youngest Nomads got up close with goats, sheep, and more at the petting zoo, while the adults geeked out over the sustainable farming demos.
- Live Music & Entertainment: Stages scattered around the fairgrounds kept the good vibes rolling with live bands, street performers, and cultural showcases.
🎨 This Year’s Theme: Art Unleashed!
This year’s fair celebrated creativity in all forms. We loved wandering through the art exhibits and hands-on installations that brought together painting, music, performance, and culinary arts. It reminded us that creativity is everywhere—even at a county fair!
